  • Orchard Fabrics operate from two clean, secure warehouses, we are often complimented by visitors on our organisation and housekeeping.
  • Our staff have more than 20 years experience in the handling of fabrics and wallpapers.
  • On receipt of new delivery's fabrics are checked for length and quality prior to being booked into stock. Any discrepancies are notified to clients, often using pictures to illustrate faults. Clients are then in a position to discuss with their suppliers in a timely manner. A permanent record of fabric comments is recorded on our system.
  • Each roll of fabric is given a unique piece number and location to enable tracking and subsequent audit.
  • During order preparation a second careful quality check is carried out.
  • Packaging is tailored to the clients specification and options include heavy duty polythene, wrapping with cardboard outer and suspension in boxes.
  • Orders received before 12.30pm are normally dispatched on the same day, we endeavor to dispatch later orders either on the same day or the day after.  
  • Orchard Fabrics operates a next day courier service to clients in the U.K. Export orders are dispatched by Fedex priority service.
